Welcome to Verido (“App”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Verido mobile application and related services, including short video content, social media features, chat, and audio rooms. By using Verido, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by your country) to use Verido. If you're under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password.
• You must not impersonate another person or use someone else’s account.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, harmful, harassing, or abusive content.
• Share sexually explicit, violent, or hateful material.
• Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property.
• Spam or mislead others.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts violating these rules.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post (videos, images, audio, comments). By posting on Verido, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the App.

5. Advertising

Verido displays advertising through third-party services such as Google AdMob. We do not control the content or targeting of these ads, and you agree that ad content may be shown as part of the app experience.

6. In-App Communication Features

Verido includes features such as:

• Direct Messaging & Chat
• Audio Rooms & Forums
  You are solely responsible for interactions with other users. We may monitor or moderate public forums to enforce community standards.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use is harmful to other users or the platform.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Verido is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any user-generated content.
• Losses or damages resulting from the use of the App.
• Unavailability or bugs in the service.

9. Governing Law

Verido User Content Policy

For Forums, Chat, and Audio Rooms

Verido is committed to fostering open, respectful, and meaningful discussions. This User Content Policy outlines what is and is not acceptable when posting content or engaging in chat and audio conversations on the platform.

By using Verido's chat, forums, or audio rooms, you agree to follow this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.

1. What You CAN Post or Say:

• Respectful opinions, insights, or commentary—especially around news, ideas, or social issues.
• Personal experiences, questions, or advice shared constructively.
• Creative content: videos, audio, or text relevant to your interests or the forum's theme.
• Links or references to reputable sources (as long as they are not misleading or spammy).

2.  Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

A. Illegal or Harmful Content

• Anything that violates local or international laws.
• Hate speech, threats, or incitement to violence.
• Content promoting terrorism or violent extremism.
• Sexual exploitation, child abuse, or non-consensual content.

B. Abusive or Harassing Behavior

• Bullying, personal attacks, or targeted harassment.
• Discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, disability, or any other protected class.

C. Sexually Explicit or Adult Content

• Pornographic material or sexual services.
• Graphic sexual language, sounds, or innuendos in audio rooms or chats.

D. Misinformation and Deceptive Practices

• Deliberate sharing of false or misleading news.
• Deepfakes, altered media without clear disclosure.
• Impersonation of public figures, other users, or Verido staff.

E. Spam and Promotional Abuse

• Posting repetitive, irrelevant, or promotional messages.
• Unsolicited advertising or referral links.
• Pyramid schemes, crypto scams, or financial fraud.

F. Violent, Graphic, or Disturbing Content

• Gore, cruelty to animals, or scenes of serious injury or death.
• Audio containing threats, screams, or disturbing content.

G. Private or Confidential Information

• Sharing someone else’s personal data without their consent (doxxing).
• Posting screenshots or recordings from private chats or rooms without permission.

3. Moderation & Reporting

• Forums and audio rooms may be user-moderated or Verido-moderated.
• Inappropriate content may be flagged by users or automatically detected and reviewed.
• Repeated or serious violations may result in:
• Content removal
• Muting in audio rooms
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent ban

4. Your Responsibility

By posting or speaking on Verido, you agree that:

• You are responsible for the content you share or say.
• You understand that all public content is visible to other users.
